How do I know it is safe to shop with you?

We have a 7-days customer satisfaction policy. Plus our payment gateway is secured. We keep your information safe and only use it for delivery. All our product comes with a warranty and we are always here to help you out.

If I place my order now, when will I receive it?

As soon as we receive the payment, we will book the shipment. However, it takes approximately 10-15 days for delivery.

Is there somewhere I can go to view the product before purchasing?

Yes, you are more than welcome to visit us at our retail showroom which is located at  14 Smithfield Road, Smithfield NSW 2164 Australia.

Do you have a size guide?

We do have the specifications outlined on our website, there’s also a manual instruction enclosed with the product.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept payments via PayPal, Direct Debit/Credit Card, and Bank transfer when purchasing online. Also, we do process payments on the phone via the Payment link or by cash when visiting physically our retail showroom. All purchases are with 5% VAT inclusive.

How do I know my order was successful?

When you make a purchase, you will receive an email notification that outlines that your order was successful. An item is out of stock can I still buy it?
